The 2B Mindset is our newest program that focuses solely on nutrition so that you can gain an understanding of food as fuel and not food as comfort. This program is a great way to change your habits WITHOUT overwhelming you with workouts at the same time. Of course, you are welcome to workout during the program if you’d like, but exercise is "extra credit" throughout the program! We are going to focus on losing weight HAPPILY by taking control of your relationship with food!

So what is 2B Mindset all about?
2B Mindset is our first nutrition-based program. In its simplest state, it is an individualized course in nutrition and emotional eating. It was created by Ilana Muhlstein (see the intro video above!), a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She’s a wife and mom, and has also lost 100 lbs. after struggling for years with obesity. But what 2B Mindset is NOT is a “diet.” It’s about changing your relationship with food and changing your mindset. If you check out Ilana’s Instagram, you’ll get a pretty good feel for what I mean!
You can still have BIG portions of food.
You’ll still be able to eat everything you love.
There’s NOTHING you “can’t” have - no restrictions!
There is NO counting calories, containers, points, or macros.
And you’ll STILL lose weight!
