Is it extreme? YES!!! The workouts are intense and they average 35 minutes to an hour in length. The diet guidelines are every bit as demanding, as well. Note: You DO need to have a base level of fitness, understand portion control, and be familiar with clean eating. If you have more than 40 pounds to lose AND/OR have not exercised regularly in the last six months, I suggest using these next couple of months to get within that 40 pound goal (or get used to regular exercise) so that you will be set up for success with this program.
