Protein Balls

Protein Balls

Makes 1 dozen

1 cup oats 1/3 cup honey 1/2 cup PB2 (pre-mixed with 1/4 cup of water) 1/2 cup shredded coconut (I prefer unsweetened!) 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (or less if desired)

1/2 cup ground flaxseed 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder (I usually double the entire recipe and use one scoop of vanilla protein and one of chocolate)

  • Combine ingredients in a bowl.

  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  • Roll into 12 balls. I separate these into ziploc baggies.

  • They will last about 5 days in the fridge, but you can also freeze them and take them down as needed. They don't take long to thaw!
