"Clean" Banana Muffins

We made these Sunday night and I've been enjoying them for breakfast ever since! Enjoy! 😀

"Clean" Banana Muffins 🍌

Ingredients: 2 cups dry oats 2 ripe bananas 2 large eggs 1 cup plain unsweetened Greek yogurt 2 Tbps raw honey 1 1/2 tsps baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1/8 tsp sea salt Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Lightly grease a 12-cup standard muffin tin or line with liners. If using liners, lightly spray them.

  3. Place the all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth (2-3 minutes).

  4. Pour the batter in the prepared muffin cups.

  5. Bake for 13-15 minutes.

  6. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
