Shredded BBQ Chicken with Cilantro Coleslaw

Dinner tonight was an oldie but goodie! Shredded BBQ Chicken and Cilantro Coleslaw! The coleslaw is quite a bit healthier than your traditional coleslaw. I actually end up mixing my chicken and slaw together - so good! You have to try it! My husband and daughter eat their chicken on a bun with a little slaw on top and on the side. Let me know what you think!
