Crockpot Italian Pork Chops

Made these bomb pork chops for dinner and they were so easy! I threw it all in the crockpot at 3:30 and it was done by 6:30. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป Great for those busy days when you are short on time. Try it and let me know what you think!

Crockpot Italian Pork Chops 4 servings

Ingredients: 4 - 4 oz boneless pork chops 1 Tbsp olive oil 1 cup onion, chopped 1 cup carrots, chopped 1 - 14.5 oz can diced tomato, drained 1/4 cup reduced-fat/fat-free balsamic vinaigrette

2 tsp dried oregano

Directions: 1. Heat oil in a large skillet; brown chops on both sides over medium heat. 2. Transfer chops to a crockpot coated lightly with cooking spray. 3. Sautรฉ onion and carrot in drippings until tender. 4. Add tomatoes, vinaigrette and oregano and stir to combine. Pour mixture over chops. 5. Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours or until meat is tender. You could also cook on low for 4-6 hours.
